Shipping policy

We're a small, NZ family-owned business, and we want your BUBLII to arrive fast, safely, and without any hassle.

1. Where We Ship

New Zealand-wide: Free shipping on orders over $150.
Orders under $150 ship at a small flat rate, shown at checkout.
Australia and the European Union: we ship there too — rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

2. Delivery Times (business days from dispatch)

Urban NZ: 3–5 business days.
Rural NZ: please allow extra time.
Australia & EU: delivery times are shown at checkout and will vary by destination.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 12:30pm dispatch the next business day.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows "delivered" but it hasn't turned up, please check with neighbours or your safe-drop spot first.

Still missing after 48 hours? Email us at hello@bublii.co.nz with your order number and we'll lodge a claim and sort out a free replacement or full refund.

4. Damaged Items

If your BUBLII arrives damaged:

Take a photo of the packaging and the damage.
Email us at hello@bublii.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement as soon as we receive your photos.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Changed your mind before it's shipped? Contact us before your order dispatches (before the 2pm cutoff on the day you order, if you're quick) and we'll cancel it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Already on its way? Full details on returns, refunds, and non-returnable items are in our Refund Policy — the short version is 30 days, unused, original packaging, return shipping paid by you.
