Politique de remboursement
We started BUBLII because of our own son's skin, so if it doesn't work out for your family, we want to make it right.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
If your family doesn't notice a difference, or you simply change your mind, you can return your BUBLII within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unused — not installed or run through a shower, and
- Returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at your own cost — please send it back using a tracked method, since we can't refund an item that goes missing on the way back to us. Refunds are issued once we've received and checked the return.
This 30-day, unused-item guarantee is a discretionary promise we make on top of your legal rights — it doesn't replace or limit anything you're entitled to below.
2. Cancelling Before Dispatch
Changed your mind right after ordering? Contact us at hello@bublii.co.nz before your order dispatches (we cut off at 12:30pm on the day of ordering — after that it's already on its way) and we'll cancel it for a full refund, no conditions attached.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
The 30-day "unused" condition above is for change-of-mind returns only — it does not apply if your BUBLII arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault. In that case:
- Take a photo of the packaging and the damage or fault.
- Email us at hello@bublii.co.nz within 48 hours of noticing it.
- We'll send a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
This is in addition to, and doesn't limit, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act — faulty goods are covered regardless of whether they've been used.
4. European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without needing to give a justification — in addition to, not instead of, the 30-day guarantee above. The item must still be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Cartridges that have already been installed or used (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalised items, if applicable.
- Items marked "final sale" or clearance, if any.
6. Subscription Refunds (Subscribe & Save)
You can cancel your $69 / 3-month cartridge subscription at any time before your next order is charged — see our Cancellation Policy for details. Once a subscription order has been charged and dispatched, it's treated the same as a one-time order under the guarantee above.
7. How Long Refunds Take
Once we've received and checked your return (or approved a faulty-item claim), you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take your bank or card provider a little longer to actually post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see it, contact us and we'll chase it up.
